Perle Bianco di Ferrari is a Trentino sparkling wine obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, grown in the most suitable areas of the region. It rests for 96 months in the bottle on the fine lees and releases an intense and multifaceted bouquet that smells of cedar, quince, mixed flowers and vanilla, framed by important toasted notes and brioche bread. On the palate it is fresh and savory, soft and creamy.
