Fettercairn 13 Year Old 2004 (cask 15139) - Old Malt Cask (Hunter Laing) (70cl, 50% Vol.)
2004 vintage Fettercairn single malt, which spent 13 years in a single refill cask. In 2018 this Highlander was awakened from its slumber, when it was bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask series. A limited production of 341 bottles.

Nose: nectarine, toasted dried fruit, malt, salted butter, spicy pepper, apple wood and subtle aromas of cured meats.
Taste: Herbaceous and spicy, cloves, vanilla custard and a generous dose of cinnamon along with some chewy notes, with caramel and black coffee with a spoonful of sugar. Finish: Toffee, milk chocolate, plum and date sweetness with a touch of pine.
