Maturation: In Troncais and Allier barriques for

half new for 24 months

The fruits of our land

All Fontodi wines are produced from grapes coming from its own vineyards, harvested by hand, carefully chosen and vinified in a way that enhances the character of the vines and the territory. Fontodi "Bio" Oil is produced from its own olives which are delicately pressed on the same day of harvest, in order to preserve all the freshness and fragrance of the fruit.
