100% Ribolla Gialla.                     

Our vineyards of:

Codroipo (Udine), trained in Guyot with 5,000 vines per hectare.                      

Ground:

alluvial, stony.                     

Winemaking:

cold maceration on the skins, soft pressing and fermentation in an autoclave in the absence of sulphites.                      

Maturation:

after second fermentation in an autoclave, 12 months on the noble lees of its own yeasts and final maturation in the bottle.                     

Alcohol content:

12%                     

Typical features:

very fine and persistent perlage, it is a wine with a citrine yellow color and floral aromas. Dry and fresh flavor with a complex and persistent finish.

aperitif and all fish!
