Foursquare 2009 12 YO Barbados edition No. 4 - The Colors Of Rum (70CL, 64.0% Vol.)
The fourth Barbados release was distilled in 2009 and is a blend of pot and column spirits. Maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels lasted 11 years of which 8 were in the tropics and is one of our strongest Foursquare rums with an ABV of 64%.
Colour gold. Nose: 64% vol.
Scent: Earth, hay, orange syrup, a little Nutella.
Mouth: sweet, herbaceous, in complexity, towards citrus fruits, liqueurs, jams, jams, genepy, anise
Finish: medium, with even more anise.
