Intense pink; fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses very pleasant aromas of berries, biscuits and sugared almonds, yeast and bread crust. On the palate it is fine and elegant, balanced and excellently supported by textbook acidity and excellent freshness; closes with a nice return on cherry notes.

Elegant and responsive, it is perfect for an aperitif and goes very well with tuna and salmon sushi.
