Fundador Brandy De Jerez Solera (1L, 36.0% Vol.)

Obtained from carefully selected grapes of the exclusive Airén and Palomino Fino varieties, it is aged for 3 years in 500-litre American oak barrels according to the criaderas y soleras method. The first barrel of Fundador was signed by King Alfonso XIII, and today represents a jewel in the history of winemaking. Other celebrities who have visited the winery over the years have signed their own barrels, including Alexander Fleming and Jacinto Benavente.

The barrels in which Fundador Solera Reserva ages have already previously contained sherry, which gives this brandy a rather intense golden color, a rich bouquet and a strong personality. The aromas of this brandy catch your nose as soon as you uncork the bottle: fruit cake, dried apricots, spices and black pepper.
