Gianfranco Fino's Negroamaro "Jo" is considered by many to be the Negroamaro of Salento; an association that starts from the name that Gianfranco and Simona decided to give to this great Apulian wine. “Jo” stands for Mar Jonio, the sea that washes the coasts of Manduria, and Jonico is also one of the synonyms of the Negroamaro vine, an excellent and well-known native vine of Salento.
