Transparent and crystalline in colour, the nose has clear vegetal notes of juniper and cut grass, hints of cardamom and cumin, together with a sweet spice of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. The taste is dry, clean and soft, rightly fresh in the citrus notes of lime and rich in the vegetal notes of aromatic herbs, in a precise and defined finish reminiscent of liquorice root.
