FORESTIER GIN - MICLO DISTILLERY (70CL, 43.0% Vol.)

FORESTIER GIN is the fruit of a selection of juniper plants, coriander, cinnamon, angelica root, cardamom and lemon peel.

The distinctive imprint of the territory is due to the addition of rowan berries (alisier), whitebeam, dog rose, elderberry, sloe and blueberry, coming from the nearby Alsatian forests.

Thanks to these wild plants, after maceration and double distillation in copper stills, an intense and complex Gin is obtained, with hints of citrus peels, resin and undergrowth.
