Gin Monkey 47 50 Cl is a light colored Gin with intense floral and slightly spicy aromas. Enveloping notes of juniper on the palate in symbiosis with balsamic hints of pine, floral notes of peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus, spicy notes of pepper, fennel seeds, star anise and fruity notes of citrus fruits and cranberries, finishing with a very fine note of bitter almond. Unique complexity, but harmonious and balanced.

This gin comes from 47 herbs and spices, two thirds of which come from India and other exotic lands. Another third originates from the Black Forest, where the gin ages for three months in terracotta containers and is then diluted with spring water until it reaches the right alcohol content. Since it does not undergo cooling treatments, gin retains many of its aromas intact.

Multifaceted aromas of spices, herbs and fruits combined with citrus, spruce buds, cranberries and elderflower. Complex and harmonious with a pleasant and peppery spicy note in the finish.
