Cognac-based Audemus Spirits is the first micro-distillery of its kind in France and one of the first in the world.

Pink Pepper gin owes its characteristic flavor to the hand-assembly of nine ingredients including pink pepper berries,

juniper, local honey and four other botanicals that are individually infused. They are then combined with the addition of vanilla and tonk bean infusions.

Soft and spicy, it is a gin that is appreciated by all palates, excellent on its own, excellent for the preparation of cocktails

Tasting Notes

Typically colorless to the eye, nose and inside

I taste the pepper notes blend with the

freshness of the juniper and combine with the soft

final touch given by the addition of a distillate

of locally produced honey.
