Gin Raw is the gastronomic gin that represents the spirit of Barcelona, it is the result of the idea of ​​two entrepreneurs and friends who wanted to create a superior quality gin. Obtained only from juniper berries, this gin is the result of the combination of 6 separately distilled ingredients, which include the classic ones of the Mediterranean and other more exotic ones : lemon peel from Murcia, cedar peel from Valencia and bay leaves from Spain, kaffir lime leaves from Thailand, black cardamom from India and coriander seeds from Egypt. A truly unique gin, with a full-bodied taste, where freshness and warmth coexist with a balsamic background, typical of juniper. Perfect for giving its best both neat and on the rocks, in gin and tonic, but above all in food pairings and sophisticated culinary preparations.

It asserts itself in the glass with a colorless, perfectly crystalline and transparent texture. The aromatic range tells us about fresh notes of citrus fruits and flowers, well balanced with the hint of juniper. On the palate it is full-bodied, coherent on the nose and characterized by a subtle hint of smoke. Freshness and warmth guide the sip towards a long and pleasantly balsamic finish.
