Gin Ukiyo Japanese Blossom (70CL, 40.0% Vol.)
Ukiyo Blossom Gin was born from the redistillation of the traditional Japanese shochu distillate, with juniper, regional citrus fruits and native botanicals, with the sakura flower to obtain a fragrant and citrusy gin.
Our yuzu gin and blossom gin are made from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit.
In Japan, there is a fleeting period during spring when the sakura (cherry tree) flowers are in full bloom.
It is a traditional festival, known as "Hanami", where people come out to celebrate the change of season.
The fruits of this effort are born in the delicate floral aroma that emulates those of the mountains and coast surrounding our home in Kagoshima.
Ukiyo Blossom Gin is made with:
