Chardonnay with precious golden reflections on a brilliant yellow. The perlage is very fine and persistent.

PERFUME

Intense and complex bouquet, with a marked minerality, enriched by exotic hints. The perceptions of white chocolate and hazelnut are followed by balsamic notes and precious touches of spices, beeswax and honey.

TASTE

Sumptuous suggestions arise from the creamy and velvety body, with fragrances of acacia honey accompanied by notes of exotic fruit. The over ten-year aging on the yeasts gives a highly complex finish, which is striking for its elegance and freshness.

CHARACTERISTIC OF THE 2009 VINTAGE

Vintage 2009 The winter was particularly harsh and characterized by abundant rainfall. However, the delay with which the growing season started was immediately made up for thanks to a very warm spring which brought the development of the vines back to average values ​​already during flowering and fruit set. The good temperature variations during the summer, with temperatures even above seasonal averages, led to a harvest of perfectly healthy and aromatically rich grapes. Tasting notes The appearance in the glass highlights golden reflections and a perlage of great persistence and refinement. The olfactory onset is intense and immediately recalls floral notes of jasmine, but also of quince, blonde orange and gingerbread. Tasting only confirms the great richness that the aromas reveal. The sip is creamy but vibrant at the same time, made interminable by a pleasant iodine rush. The finish returns to notes of delicate spices and exotic fruit which lengthen the persistence and once again underline its extraordinary nobility.
