Sauvignon Blanc from Golan Heights Winery was born in Galilee, the northernmost region of Israel, with a high oenological vocation; within this area, the Golan is the area where sauvignon blanc seems to express itself best. Aged in steel, it is a medium-bodied white, elegant and with intense aromas.

TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow. Citrus scents and notes of elderflower and aromatic herbs emerge on the nose. On the palate it is fresh, tasty, with good persistence.

COMBINATIONS
Excellent in combination with appetizers and fish first courses, it is also ideal for accompanying vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses.
