Vinification The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new, for 18 months.

Characteristics The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by fruity aromas such as ripe cherries, blackberries and plums, along with notes of tobacco, bitter chocolate and spices, all balanced by a background of French oak. The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied, with a long finish.
