VINTAGE: 2022 CONTENTS: 0.75 l WINE: 100% Moscato Giallo VINEYARD: Marlengo, Lana, Cermes, Lagundo 400-600m SOILS: Derivative porous soils, sandy soils, high percentage of gravel on the hills, sandy, clayey soil, enriched with humus AGE OF THE VINES: 5 - 30 years AGING: 3 years + ANALYSIS ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5% ​​TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.1 g/l RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.8 g/l VINIFICATION Cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in small stainless steel wine tanks. Maturation on the yeasts follows for approximately 5 months. EVALUATION OF THE ENOLOGIST Straw yellow colour. The nose is reminiscent of oranges, lemons and muscat. Aromatic and fresh on the palate, harmonious persistence. PAIRING  Ideal with asparagus, grilled vegetables, fish and goat's cheese. Serving temperature: 12-14°C
