This Grappa was patiently kept in the underground cellars of the Distillery in small French oak barrels.
A tribute to Bassano del Grappa, the capital of Grappa, and to the Poli Museo della Grappa which is located in front of the Ponte Vecchio, symbol of the city, designed by the architect Andrea Palladio in the 16th century.
Raw material: pomace from cuvées of typical local vines
Distillation: artisanal, in small batches, with copper still with discontinuous cycle steam boilers
Aroma: broad notes of toasted wood, licorice and coffee
Taste: complex, well structured, with an aftertaste of vanilla and cocoa
