This Valdavi grappa comes from Moscato pomace and distilled with the traditional discontinuous method in copper steam boilers. It is then passed into stainless steel tanks for approximately 3/6 months.

It expresses an elegant, harmonious and pronounced aroma and a soft and pleasantly aromatic flavour.
