Hayman's Hopped Gin is the first in the Bartender's Release series, and was created in collaboration with Jordan Sweeney, bartender at The Wigman Tavern, London. Grapefruit and the English Fuggle hop variety have been added to the ten botanicals of Hayman's, to add fresh and minty notes. It is a limited edition of 1,200 numbered copies.
TASTING NOTES:
Aroma: Juniper, hay, earthy, citrus and a fresh minty note.
Palate: Vibrant and herbaceous, with notes of apple and citrus, grapefruit and a note of hay and cinnamon.
Finish: Delicate and fresh, with persistent citrus and a minty finish.
