The new concept of organic cognac is masterfully created by Jean-Luc Pasquet with the L'OrganicGrande Champagne series.

A bright golden color with some paler undertones. Moderate aromas with hints of ripe apricot, dried fig, cedar wood and vanilla, a light trace of dark chocolate. Silky in the mouth, soft at the beginning with semi-sweet aromas of stewed apricot and spices. Dry finish with hints of oak, cedar, dried fig and crème brulée.
