Created with a careful selection of wheat, oats and barley and following a long-standing local recipe from the Morne family, Killowen produces an artisanal Poitìn of the highest quality, distilling it with a pot still powered by direct flame. This small batch is made with a combination of malted and unmalted grains. Poitin, once illegal, is now seeing a strong resurgence in Ireland and Killowen represents one of its greatest expressions. Bottled at 48%.
