Created by indigenous farmers in various palenques of San Baltezar, with over 450 years of tradition and culture
Distinguishing itself not only for its exceptional flavor and quality, but also for having been created in many areas using only wild agaves, which are sustainably harvested and replanted with care for the environment, to ensure future generations of magueys have an equally happy!
The pinas are cooked for 3 days in a traditional horno using oak wood and are then expertly fermented and distilled by the artisan Master Mezcaleros who transforms and recreates their essence and spirit from the maguey into their mezcal

Light body with a nice creaminess and round flavors, perfectly balanced between smoke and earth, in the background you can detect slight hints of jalapeno/blue cheese

Aroma Deliciously spicy sweet and spicy with a touch of pepper
Palate A buttery texture with a delicious sweetness of maguey, peach, delicate floral notes and a hint of mint
