That is not the case with this wine. The reason is that this is a French, Alsatian style that is known for being spicier and full-bodied. A magnificent wine that has great acidity and a complex, yet well-rounded flavor profile. Vinification: after pressing, the juice is cleaned of solid parts and then directed to wooden barrels or glace tanks where the alcoholic fermentation will take place.
