Iovem is a purple nectar created with 6 ingredients (honey, wine must, ginger, lemon and spices, the sixth is secret) from the study of honey fermentation, which in the past was the basis of the production of a ritual drink consumed during the holidays religious, probably mead, obtained from the fermentation of honey and very widespread in Greek times. It was also called Ambrosia, and was believed to be the key to immortality.
