MAZZETTI D' ALTAVILLA 1789 GRAPPA DI BAROLO SPECIAL CASK FINISH (50CL, 43.0% Vol.)
From the Nebbiolo pomace coming from the area of the hill town of the same name near Alba, one of the symbolic distillates of the UNESCO area of the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato Wine Landscapes is obtained: Barolo Grappa. Left to age for over eighteen months in oak barriques, this distillate thus takes on the characteristics of colour, aromas and aromas typical of a Reserve, highlighting hints of spice, toasting and dried fruit. It is at this point that Barolo Grappa meets the sensorial charm of American Bourbon Whiskey, with the aim of creating a unique and surprising marriage: the very representative distillate of Piedmontese dry grappas is in fact transferred into previously used barrels for the aging of Bourbon Whiskey.
