ASSEMBLY

 

The profile of each wine has been specifically selected for its specific contribution to the blend:

MOSTLY PINOT NOIR

45%-55%, of which 10% red wine. Sharp and vinous, these wines were chosen both for the intensity of the fruit and for the structural integration of the dosage.

PINOT MEUNIER WINES

35%-45%, of which 10% red wine. Round and fleshy, these wines have been selected to add richness and intermediate notes of harmony and softness.

CHARDONNAY WINES WITH ELEGANT ACIDITY

5%-10% for a refreshing aftertaste

 

20%-30% of specially selected reserve wines complete the blend, enhancing its intensity, richness and coherence.
