Elegant, aromatic, scent of vanilla, bread, elderflower and green pepper.
Raw material: Fresh pomace of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from suitable areas.
Artisanal distillation: Discontinuous, with the cutting of the heads and tails, in a copper steam still.
Alcohol content: 41% vol.
It should be served at around 12°C or in a chilled glass opened like a tulip corolla.
Tasting: Elegant and aromatic.
