Pilzer - Willians Pear Spirit (50CL, 43.0% Vol.)Pilzer Williams Pear SpiritTo obtain this Williams Pear Spirit we selected excellent Williams Pears grown in the mountains, then we carefully prepared the puree and its fermentation, finally after a short maturation period we distilled it with our classic discontinuous bain-marie still. Before being bottled, this Williams Pear Brandy rested for a year. Organoleptic judgement: bright and colourless, it has a clear but delicate, unmistakable pear scent; clearly recalls the delicate starting fruit, the ripe Williams Pear. The flavor is warm due to the alcoholic note immediately joined by the clear flavor of Williams Pear, a persistent and always pleasantly elegant taste. We do not recommend tasting it particularly cold, perhaps slightly chilled. We can only suggest you savor it calmly to smell it in all its delicate fragrance.
