Pinot Grigio Jermann DOC Friuli 2022Pinot Grigio from pinot grigio grapes vinified partially in white. It has an intense straw yellow color with a light antique pink nuance. It has an intense, broad and fruity aroma, with excellent persistence. The flavor is dry, soft, particularly harmonious due to the full body. It goes well with fish soups, grilled seafood and various preparations based on field mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. An exceptional marriage with lasagnette mixed with cuttlefish ink and seasoned with prawn sauce.
