TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE: Intense cherry pink color
FRAGRANCE: Fine fruity aromas (wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry) and floral aromas (rose, oleander), embellished with hints of aromatic herbs
TASTE: Slender, balanced taste, with the right roundness balanced by pleasant freshness and a clear savory twist. Good persistence finish, delicately balsamic 

VARIETY: Aleatico 40%, Primitivo 30%, Aglianico 30%
PRODUCTION AREA: Marchesana Vineyard, Gioia del Colle
TYPE OF SOIL: Red ferrous soil with a layer of limestone rock underneath
TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon
VINES PER HECTARE: 4,300
PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 70 HL
HARVEST: Mechanical harvest of the grapes in the first week of September
MACERATION: Soft pressing of the grapes with short maceration of 2/3 hours in the press
FERMENTATION: In stainless steel tanks for 20 days at a temperature of 13°C
AGING: 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
