The Royal Blue Sky is a Demi Sec Champagne with which the Pommery maison demonstrates great balance and finesse. A distinctly aromatic label on the nose, where the aromas start from dried fruit and reach hints of pastry and spices. An excellently crafted bottle, dedicated to all those who, being passionate about Champagne, still want to indulge in a slightly sweeter sip than usual.

straw yellow colour, crossed by a fine-grained perlage with excellent persistence. The aromas on the nose tell a story made of sweet notes, with good aromatic complexity where aromas of dried figs, almonds, honey and slightly citrus nuances alternate gracefully. In the mouth it is delicate, generous, with a full and silky sip at the same time; ends with a finish with good persistence.
