The legendary Trinidad Caroni rum distillery closed its doors in 2003. Since then these distinctive and particularly 'heavy' rums have become among the most collected. This Caroni was distilled in 1998. Aged partly in a tropical environment and for the last few years on the continent, it was bottled in 2021 in collaboration with the legendary Singapore Whiskey Bar Auld Alliance, owned by Emmanuel Dron.
