ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Color: ruby red with garnet nuances

Nose: intense and elegant nose, with evident hints of ripe dark fruit, cherry, plum, sweet spices such as ginger and anise, in balanced fusion with hints of toasted wood notes.

Taste: dry and full-bodied, it softly caresses the palate with good consistency and elegant tannins, accompanied by a pleasant and harmonious freshness. Rather long and broad spicy finish.

Recommended pairings: fillet with green pepper, roast beef in crust, baked lamb with aromatic potatoes, medium-aged cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16° - 18° C.
