ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep ruby red
Bouquet: mature and intense nose; highlights aromas of ripe blackberries and plums, figs, freshly ground pepper and orange peel. On the finish a hint of smoke combined with spicy notes of tobacco and leather, and enveloping balsamic hints.
Taste: harmonious and with great structure, rich flavor of dark, ripe fruits and enveloping tannins. Well balanced, it caresses the palate with great cleanliness, complexity and persistence.
Recommended pairings: perfect with game, roasted and grilled meats, casseroles and well-matured cheeses.
