Ground Loose and medium-textured.
Grapes Sangiovese 20% Merlot 40% - Petit Verdot 40%.

Processing Grapes harvested at the right ripeness, polyphenolic and aromatic, destemming and soft pressing, fermentation with maceration for 7 - 10 days on the skins with periodic pumping over, racking and malolactic fermentation with the use of selected lactic bacteria.
Refinement The Merlot and Petit Verdot mature for 8-12 months in 1-2-3 year old French oak barriques (medium toasting). The Sangiovese is aged in stainless steel tanks. At least 6 months in bottle.
Color Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Perfume Intense, with evident hints of red fruits (raspberry, blackberry, black cherry) and spicy notes of coffee, tobacco and black pepper deriving from the wood.
Taste Persistent and harmonious, with a balance of great softness and tannins that give a pleasant body.
Consumption It can age from 3 to 6 years.
Pairing First courses with strong flavors and meats, both white and red, grilled and grilled, and game.
