KIRSCH - CHERRY DISTILLATE - CLASSIC 0.70

Precious fruit brandy obtained by fermenting cherries coming mainly from nearby Trentino. The raw material is subjected to careful quality control and, after its maceration, it is distilled with a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.

Of a transparent crystalline colour, it has an intense floral scent dominated by the unmistakable aroma of cherry. A light marzipan flavor stands out.
