Quebranta - Barsol Pisco (70CL, 43.3% Vol.)

Produced from the distillation of Quebranta grapes, a non-aromatic red grape variety, coming from the Ica valley. The distillation is traditional in a Pot Still still, after cutting the heads it continues until reaching the bottling grade (41.3%), without having to dilute it with water.

Quebranta is a dry Pisco, with aromas of apricot, banana and hazelnuts, ideal for negronis and aperitif-style cocktails
