The Atelier des Rhums was born from an unprecedented work of barrels orchestrated by our cellar master, Karine Lassalle. By exploring the many possibilities offered by different juices, roasting techniques, types of wood and barrel capacity, three blends with exceptional and singular aromatic profiles have stood out to form the “Atelier des Rhums”.Jardin Fruité, Fumée Volcanique and Epices Créoles are aimed at bar professionals who wish to explore the know-how of Rhum J.M through new references. The J.M distillery has made use of the experience of Joseph Akhavan (founder and head bartender of Mabel in Paris), to create the signature cocktails of the "Atelier des Rhums" and thus highlight all the typicality of these three rums.
