The Atelier des Rhums was born from an unprecedented work of barrels orchestrated by our cellar master, Karine Lassalle. By exploring the many possibilities offered by different juices, roasting techniques, types of wood and barrel capacities, three blends with exceptional and singular aromatic profiles stood out to form the “Atelier des Rhums”.
On the nose: Flambéed exotic fruits (banana, pineapple), broken vanilla pod, Caribbean honey, candied citrus fruits (lemon, orange, grapefruit) and nutmeg
In the mouth: Nutmeg, flambéed fruit and woody notes, sweet citrus bitterness and empyreumatic notes. Notes of vanilla for delicacy, volume and roundness.
The finish: Round and soft on citrus and woody notes
