Aroma: lime zest, banana cream, white grapes, pineapple, licorice olive brine, clay and crushed shellfish. Palate: citrus peel, chamomile, green pineapple, overripe banana, saltiness... of maritime forest. Finish: long and spicy with a fine structure and a touch of salinity.
