This Bielle rum raw from the barrel of the 2007 vintage and decanted in 2014, was awarded a gold medal at the 2014 general agricultural competition. Unfiltered, this old rum is bottled at the Bielle Distillery.

'A beautiful amber color with a very fruity nose, nervous without being aggressive. There are notes of gingerbread and toast but also spices. Fully integrated in complexity with a high-quality aromatic palette, notes of fauna and cereals join the greatest 'single malt'. Let's forget there's alcohol, it's sublime. '
