Fritz Haag presents Riesling Trocken VDP Mosel, a German white wine of excellent typicality. The Fritz Haag winery has a long winemaking tradition behind it, which began in 1605 in the village of Braunenberg, then called Dusemond, in the heart of the prestigious Moselle wine-growing area. Over the centuries, techniques and knowledge have evolved but the production approach has remained faithful to tradition. Those of Olivier Haag, today at the helm of the cellar, are in fact wines faithful to the territory and its main variety: Riesling. “VDP” stands for “Verband Deutscher Pr?dikatsweingüter”, association of quality German winemakers, the oldest federation of wine producers in the world.
