Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste
When you pour a glass of Kong Rum, its golden color attracts attention. On the nose, aromas of aromatic herbs mix with hints of spices, balsamic mint and hints of floral and woody aromas with a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate there is a herbaceous flavor with some bitter touches with distant sensations of laurel and oak which give way to a finish between oak and caramel with hints of mandarin and orange.

Kong Rum is a drink created and produced in Guatemala with the aim of raising public awareness about the conservation of eastern gorillas endangered due to hunting, which leaves many young gorillas orphaned and dying soon after being abandoned.

The ingredients used in the elaboration of Kong Rum try to transport us to the flavors and sensations that living nature offers us, obtaining a premium rum with an exquisite flavor that can be drunk neat or accompanied by a couple of ice cubes.
