Rooster Rojo Tequila Reposado (1L, 38.0% Vol.)

Rooster Rojo Reposado is a tequila produced exclusively from Azul agave, typical of the state of Jalisco (Mexico), aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels to give it a light woodiness and a softer taste.

Through mechanical pressing, aguamiel (water and honey) is obtained, to which yeasts are added to begin the fermentation process. After distillation, this tequila is brought to the final strength with artesian well water.
