Smell
The complex aromatic bouquet opens in different phases. At the beginning, floral notes that evoke linden flowers or verbena, followed by notes of Provençal herbs. The beautiful notes of white pulp fruits and exotic fruits punctuate the discovery of the bouquet which highlights the minerality of the notes that evoke wet rock.

Taste
The wine reveals its airy character on the palate, with a lively tension balanced by a velvety structure. Notes of white fruit and spices mix with mineral notes in a persistent finish.
