Rum dedicated to the harvest deities of the Mayan pantheon, and in particular to two sacred products, corn and cocoa which according to mythology were born with a single creative act of the god Alux. Precisely for this reason, a rum was created that recalled the aromas of corn and cocoa. The new creation by Gabriela Ayala, master ronera of Cihuatàn, is a rum created with the same care and love as the entire range but which has undergone a very particular refinement process which has given it the aromas and scents of the cocoa and puffed corn.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Amber.
Nose: On the nose it gives hints of corn soup, pecans, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.
Smell: These notes return in an elegant way on the palate, from corn to dark chocolate, combined with a spicy note of clove pepper.
