Rum Indonesia Cask Aged Naga (0.7L, 40.0% Vol.) in CaseThe name Naga Rum is inspired by the Nagas, mythological snake-men, present in Hindu, Buddhist and Vedic cultures. Naga rum is produced in Indonesia with local sugar cane ; it is produced and distilled in the North of the Island of Java according to an ancestral manufacturing process. The slow fermentation of molasses is enriched by the addition of Javanese red rice yeast. Naga Rum is the result of the assembly of distillates in ancient Pot Stills and in column. Subsequently, a first refinement is carried out in local wooden barrels called Jatti, and immediately after a second aging step in ex-Bourbon barrels.
