Sabatini Gin (70CL, 41.3% Vol.)
Sabatini Gin was born from the passion for the aperitif ritual of Filippo, Enrico, Niccolò and their father Ugo Sabatini and from the desire to do something that involved the whole family. Their love for their land, Cortona and Teccognano, in Tuscany, has flowed into their gin. Instead, the family's connection with liqueurs was born last century thanks to Ugo Sabatini's maternal grandfather, who worked in Bolivia and Melbourne for Cinzano. To produce their own gin, the Sabatini family contacted Charles Maxwell, master distiller of Thames Distillers in London, with whom they developed the choice of nine botanicals, all coming from Tuscany and many of which are produced on the family estate.

The intense aroma strikes at the beginning with the prevailing notes of juniper, followed closely by those of citrus fruits, then by the herbaceous ones and finally by the spicy notes. On the palate, Sabatini Gin is, unlike many other London Drys, soft and velvety and the citrus notes prevail. On the finish the flavor persists for a long time in the mouth.
